Lawn & Landscape started in 2018 with one mower, a used trailer, and a belief that showing up on the day you promised beats every ad in the mailbox. What began as a handful of Boulder, CO lawns grew into a family-run company caring for hundreds of properties — young families, retirees, rentals, and the occasional acre out past Niwot. We still quote every job in person, still run the same crews on the same routes, and still know which gate sticks at which house.

No. Weekly and biweekly maintenance is season-to-season and you can pause or stop with two weeks notice. We'd rather keep your business by showing up than by locking you into paperwork — call (303) 555-0142 and we'll walk your property first.
Yes, and we start with why they're there — compaction, watering, mowing height or soil. From there it's a season plan: core aeration, overseeding, timed fertilizer rounds and targeted weed control until the lawn fills in on its own.
Yes. We're fully licensed and carry both liability and workers' comp coverage, and we're happy to send a certificate before we start. Every crew member is trained, uniformed and works on our own equipment.
We price per visit or per season after seeing the property, based on square footage, access and what shape things are in. You get one written number up front with no fuel surcharges, no per-bag fees and no surprises on the invoice.
Most Boulder yards look best on a weekly visit through the growing season, with biweekly available for smaller or slower-growing lawns. You get a fixed day, the same crew, and a text before we arrive so you're never guessing.
We do all of it — head replacement, leak repairs, zone and valve troubleshooting, spring startup with backflow testing, and fall blowout before the first hard freeze. Most repairs are done on the same visit we diagnose them.
Boulder and the surrounding neighborhoods — North Boulder, South Boulder, Table Mesa, Gunbarrel, Martin Acres — plus Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Niwot and Erie. Not sure if you're in range? Call and we'll tell you straight.
If we can't mow safely or without tearing up wet turf, we shift you to the next dry day that week and text you the change. You're never billed for a visit we didn't make.
